1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the Lumen Laundry Suite platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lumen Laundry Suite provides cloud-based software products for laundry businesses, including:

• Billing Dashboard — a web application for order management, invoicing, and analytics
• Customer App — a white-labelled Android and iOS application for end-customers
• Rider App — an Android application for pickup and delivery riders
• Business Website — a professional website for your laundry brand
• Laundry Manager — a multi-store super-admin control panel

The specific products available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at contact@lumenlaundry.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans & Fees

All prices are exclusive of GST. GST at the applicable rate will be charged in addition to the plan fee.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments are due in advance for the subscription period selected.
• We accept payments via UPI, cards, net banking, and other methods supported by our payment gateway.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We will send a renewal reminder at least 7 days before your subscription expires.
• In the event of a failed payment, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is received.

6. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable once the service has been activated. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, please contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and, at our discretion, offer a pro-rated credit or resolution. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or unused subscription periods.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law in India
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation

8. Your Data & Content

You retain ownership of all data, content, and information you upload or enter into the platform ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process Your Data solely to operate and improve the platform. We will not use Your Data for any purpose beyond providing the Service. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle Your Data.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Lumen platform — including software, design, trademarks, and content created by us — remain the exclusive property of Lumen. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, push notification providers, mapping services). Your use of those third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of third-party services.

11. Service Availability & Modifications

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lumen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lumen, its affiliates, and its personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

15. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
• We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms, with or without prior notice.
• Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. We will retain your data for up to 90 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
• Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes amicably.
